amazing location and friendly staff!
fantastic location friendly staff spacious room
the location is fantastic, right by christchurch cathedral! it made exploring the city super easy. the staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything i needed. my room was also very spacious and had tea and coffee facilities.
the bells from the nearby cathedral chimed through the night, so earplugs are handy.

My stay included access to a bar that had a good atmosphere. The bar offered very good food and provided live music. The location was central, close to many attractions..
The cleaners were somewhat noisy, starting early in the morning. It was sometimes hard to get a good night's sleep because of this. A fluctuating price for rooms was also experienced..

helpful advice fun atmosphere superb location
The staff offered helpful advice about nearby attractions, made exploring easier. I really appreciated the live music each night at the bar downstairs, it created a fun atmosphere. The location was superb, close to many attractions. The restaurant and bar access within the building was so convenient.
The bathroom was somewhat dated and could use a refresh.

I found the staff very helpful . the breakfast bistro attached to the hotel provided a great start to the day (the coffee was strong). i enjoyed the live music at the pub. It was convenient to have it right there in the building. i got to listen to different music styles.
i noticed some noise from the street, but it was manageable.

the hotel offered easy access to many tourist attractions. main bus lines are nearby for convenient travel. it is easy to reach key destinations from the premises.

luggage storage was available (very handy). i found the staff eager to help with requests. breakfast service in the copper alley bistro was quite tasty, offering a substantial selection.
