central spot stay
modern elevator in-room safe table service lively atmosphere
the room was clean the bed was good i appreciated the modern elevator it made access easy a safe was present in my room i found it convenient for storing valuables staff at the reception were helpful. the breakfast with table service was nice. the bar next door offered a lively atmosphere.
the church bells rang every fifteen minutes it impacted sleep but the hotel can't control that

the café provided good food i enjoyed the breakfast options the restaurant offered excellent choices i tried the dinner menu and found it satisfying the bar was busy with good music.

the elevator was modern it made accessing upper floors easy the hotel had a functional safe in each room storage of valuables was straightforward reception provided history lessons on the surrounding area that walk became a quick history tour.

amazing location and friendly staff!
fantastic location friendly staff spacious room
the location is fantastic, right by christchurch cathedral! it made exploring the city super easy. the staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything i needed. my room was also very spacious and had tea and coffee facilities.
the bells from the nearby cathedral chimed through the night, so earplugs are handy.

the staff displayed great friendliness and were helpful! they readily assisted with directions and provided useful information. check-in was smooth and efficient, demonstrating excellent service and attention to detail.

My stay included access to a bar that had a good atmosphere. The bar offered very good food and provided live music. The location was central, close to many attractions..
The cleaners were somewhat noisy, starting early in the morning. It was sometimes hard to get a good night's sleep because of this. A fluctuating price for rooms was also experienced..

helpful advice fun atmosphere superb location
The staff offered helpful advice about nearby attractions, made exploring easier. I really appreciated the live music each night at the bar downstairs, it created a fun atmosphere. The location was superb, close to many attractions. The restaurant and bar access within the building was so convenient.
The bathroom was somewhat dated and could use a refresh.

I found the staff very helpful . the breakfast bistro attached to the hotel provided a great start to the day (the coffee was strong). i enjoyed the live music at the pub. It was convenient to have it right there in the building. i got to listen to different music styles.
i noticed some noise from the street, but it was manageable.
